Assessing risks and implementing interventions to reduce falls. We provide education and can recommend suitable aids to minimise identified concerns.
We complete cognitive screens to identify if any deficits may exist. Where required, assistance developing routines and strategies for memory and concentration can be provided.
Provision of detailed reports and letters of recommendation to support alternative housing recommendations, equipment requests or functional capacity assessments for NDIS access requests and plan reviews.
